Sore Hands working with Cottons?

Does anyone else get sore hands working with cotton or cotton major content yarn?

I am making a caddy with yarn that is 75% cotton and 25% wool and at first touch it feels lovely and soft, but when youre actually working with it, it is quite hard on my hands.

Does anyone have any tips on getting this to work a  bit better?

Quizás usando un ganchillo mas pequeño, así no tienes que apretar tanto y queda bien tejido ,pero al hacer menos fuerza con el ganchillo ,las manos están mejor.es un truco que yo uso cuando me duelen las manos.espero que te ayude
