Moderators, I need help continuation

this is a continuation of my thread about the "banned from site" that I am getting pretty often. Even when I have been on site foe hours. I cound not not upload the screen shot on the reply , so Im trying this. I hope it works.

I have gotten this as well.  I just keep going back and eventually it will work.  I hope admin fixes this glitch.
