Report a pattern that is wrong?

Is there a way to report a scanned cross stitch pattern that is not the correct pattern? I downloaded a pattern (Artecy Landscape 16) from PinDIY and the color chart is all wrong. I worked on it for a few days and realized the barn was green lol. I then bought the pattern from Artecy to make sure and the colors are totally different.

This is probably an older Artecy pattern. Artecy is known to revise their old patterns (New and improved so to speak)

If you have the updated pattern, you may consider posting it on this site. The newer pattern is larger and uses more thread colors.
