The design pattern can be downloaded from the Australian Homespun magazine website: homespun-patterns.

Instead of all the applique I decided to embroider the motifs. The tick is cut from felt and contains a magnet, the tick boxes all contain a magnet too. I reversed polarity on the naughty tick box so that it cant be chosen!!!
