My user group not allow personal message (PM), however someone send me PM, is there other method I can reply her?:L

you need to be on Level 1 for answering a PM

Agree! Limitation on personal message is troublesome....

The reason why this rule is in place is for the protection of all of the long term members who want to level up and be respectful of the rules. For members who cant send a private message, you can post your message on Free talk. You will get lots of help here from members who care about crafting.

If I send someone a PM who is in DIY.0 I always write them also "I know you cant send me a PM back" in the message.
