Cant set new avatar

Hello all

Can anybody help me please? I want to change my avatar but I keep getting a pop-up with Chinese letters in it. I have no idea what it says, but it keeps coming.

Try clearing your browsing cache and try again. When I changed my avatar I had to try it several times before it worked out.
