I have found the "Mermaid Hello Kitty" pattern of these keyrings, but it looks like the bigger doll.
Ive also included a "Mini Hello Kittys" pattern that you could maybe try and adapt to the mermaid keyrings? (I do that often with patterns. If I cant fine what i want, I borrow from others to make the item I need :D).
The minis pattern is in Thai, but it should be easy to follow. The "X" is SINGLE CROCHET
The "V" is SINGLE CROCHET INCREASE
The "W" is THREE SINGLE CROCHET IN THE SAME STITCH
The "A" is SINGLE CROCHET TWO TOGETHER (DECREASE)
The "C" is SLIP STITCH TO COMPLETE THE ROUND
