Web site issues

Having issues replying to posts even after logging out clearing cache etc.

Cant reply but was just able to post.

Is there an area that shows web site problems maintenance and such?

Look in free talk, there is a topic from annekins and leopard danio, they say that the site has technical problems, no mods can help you. :)
