How can I reverse a pattern

I am going to start a Dimensions Christmas stocking, but I need it to face the opposite direction so it hangs the same way as my existing stockings.  Does anyone know how to "flip" a pattern?

Do you have the pattern in paper format? Scan the chart, flip it in a photo programme, and print it.

Is the pattern in .pat or .xsd format? Flip it using the full version of PCStitch or Pattern Maker.

If it is a digital pattern use a photo editor , just like  PhotoShop or Paint to reverse it... this is how I do!
