No access to any new pattern uploaded

Im just DIY2 and cannot download any of the new pattern uploaded. Always get the same message. "This post contains more resources. Your usergroup does not have permission to access attachments" ... So weird, just all of the new uploads: could it be a bug after the last changes to the system? Any suggestion?

I cant even see any new pattern uploads - been this way for several days... something is def up.
