I cant open too I have downloaded twicw on 2 different computers

What type of files are they? Not working for me either.. :(
I have tried to download on two different computers. While I did have success page 9 will not download properly nor allow it to print.

I have been try since last november ... and nothing work ... açç I have is a message "Archive dammage!" ...
it works perfectly
You are not the only one having problems with these files.. Have tried to download and open them numerous times, but no joy.. Would help if I new what type of files they are...
