Moving up a level

Im having a problem going from DIY.1 to DIY.2.  I have enough credits to move up, but I cant figure out how.  Can anyone help?

It should be automatic, as far as I know

You do not have enough credit. To go to DIY 2 you need 126 credits.

The first one was, but now its recommending DIY.2 and doesnt change it.
