I wanted to send an updated copy with a couple fixes. First, there was an extra, blank page at the end of the pattern which is now deleted. Second, in the written instructions, the pattern indicates to reference “pg. XXX”, which should’ve read “pg. 4”.
Knitspiration began as a way for my kids to offer a truly unique Christmas gift to their teachers. Each year, for the past few years, I have drawn out a picture of a plain knit hat, having my kids color it in with a design from their heart (along with a little guidance from mom). I then interpret their “designs” into a hat for these important people who pour so much into their lives daily.
