I checked your all permissions seems like any body else "Default" ....

If you can take screenshot both accounts your persssions will be great help

When I go into user group and select my forum permissions in the column to add threads almost everything in that column has red xs which seems to mean no permission. Ill go on my other account and will send it to you that way as Azbee1

Here it is from my other file. I can load pictures on this one and files.
I just checked the permission on this account and it looks the same. Are you able to get the screenshot...Before it use to show a download on the image on this page

Cant upload image from this my original account, same computer.

Ofcourse you will not start all over again.... They must solve this problem ....
