Please will some one help me I Need a RAR file please

Can some tell me where on the sight again where i can down load the rar file opener on here.. I have several patterns wont open with my file opener, so,eone did help me on the sight with getting qa rar file.. several weeks ago i tried to look for the message on her r eply so i could find the rar... but no luck there... and it worked omn my pc.. thanks in advance
