Information concerning new patterns

Just a FYI I have noticed recently the new patterns being threaded alot of them have multiple errors in them....Is this a trend to try and cut down on piracy.....Is it a copyright thing to get people to stop sharing patterns????
I understand where they are coming from and I have bought loads of patterns and still do, but......Has anyone else noticed this new trend....????

Carocreated new Dawn doll pattern, one and two company carolina Guzmans Christmas ornaments. Alice by Galenaxie Ive only noticed on the crochet patterns because those are the ones I am working on presently
Seems to be mostly the brand new ones.

Sorry, I havent downloaded any crochet patterns lately, so I have not spotted any errors.
