Thanks to all who have contributed last few days!

Really interesting older magazines have shown up, nice to see them be preserved!

PS
Some of you are a wee bit greedy on your SINGLE pattern pricing :(

Why not make it more reasonable gold coin and have a lot of people enjoy?
Think you might earn more gold coins!

Wanted to upload a pattern for 50 gold coin and see its already uploaded at 300!

Time to add PRICE WARS :lol

I see pricing a pattern at 50 gold coin you only actually receive 35 not 50 gold coin? :(

So a pattern priced at 50 gold coin costs buyer 50 gold coin plus 30 download fee for a total 80 gold coin but the person who uploads only receives 35 gold coin? Think I need more incentive :)

I can understand people entitled to choose the price they see fit, but Id rather buy the pattern elsewhere and have it in my "library" if its too high gold coin here.

Ive purchased all the patterns Ive shared so they were not free for me.

I priced them low in the spirit of sharing.

It just seems the prices are getting higher.

Maybe the designers are selling them and buying other patterns here :lol

Just my humble thoughts...

I, for one, agree with you regarding price.  HOWEVER, since they increased the amount the site takes on every download in addition to the 30 GC Ive increased my pricing also.  Havent uploaded in a year due to cancer surgery and chemo.  Most of the items I upload Ive personally purchased, not just found on the internet so when I see something similar priced waaaaay higher, I adjust my pricing also.  Takes FOREVER to get gold coins to download even with the hourly bonuses.  Thats just MHO and most people say "its not real money"...

People are entitled to set the price they see fit for their uploads, and as long as it is within the sites rules Im fine with it:
- FREE Patterns can be no more than 10 coins
- Max pattern price is 800 coins AFAIK.

Although new to the site, allow me to add my thoughts on this matter. I think its only fair to give something for free if you also got it for free. As for the price, if you have bought something you may label a reasonable price - lets say from 30GC up to 100GC if it is something rare - not the outrageous 300 or 500 GC. Though I understand that sometimes one has to earn coins fast in order to use it for a download or upgrade his user group level as well as to cover the percentage the system keeps from the seller (I was really surprised to find that out!), I dont quite agree with this tactic. If we use tasks and rewards, interact with other users and offer for free more often, I suppose the prices will lower as well.
I also think that there has to be added something in the rules for the system pricing and the credits management so that no one comes afterwards with questions or surprises.
Keep smiling! :)
