Today some bookmarks I made many years ago for a Charity sale, the TELETHON.
Every year since 1987 in France, TELETHON is a huge charity event who take place all over the country. On TV and Radio there is call for pledge of donations non stop on the first week-end of December. Many celebrities participate.
People set up actions of all kinds all over the country to raise found to fund research projects on neuromuscular genetic diseases.
With my Crosstitch club we sale bookmark at a shopping mail.
In 2017, the funds raised have reached roughly 89 millions euros (about 101,5 millions USD).
