I dont understand Parcel Forum

Hello everybody,

I am relatively new and I am very comfortable with computers and forums. I think I understood a lot of the features coins, credits etc
But I dont understand the parcel forums contents and rules.

The parcel we can post is from any shop ? or only from a specific shop in China ?
Its seem to me that there is a PinDIY shop  ? in this case, I dont find it.

Can someone kindly explain me ?

Rules of the parcel forum:

1. Must contain a photo of the unopened parcel. (Set Cover)
2. Include pictures of unwrapping process and contents.
3. Does not have to be stitching related.

This is for any purchase members want to share.

I think its just people showing off their shopping hauls. From what Ive seen its random internet purchases, I dont think theres a PinDIY store, wed see a lot of ads for it here if there was ;)
