I cant download a file

I just clicked on a lovely chart and it took my coins but didnt start the download so I clicked again and I got this message to ask me to pay for it again. I also click : http://www.pindiy.com/ibooks/,there is noting.How can I download it agian for free? Thank you.

Once you pay for a download you can redownload as many times as you want.
The iBook has been broken recently and maybe it broke again, just go back to the file you wanted and download it again.

Maybe you dont have enough gold coins to complete the transaction?  You only have 5 gold at the moment
Can you link to the pattern so we can see what you are after and how much it costs?

Hi! I had a similar problem as my download was interrupted because I didnt have enough gold coins. It seems that (a) there might be 2 different charges that apply at the same time: one to buy the item and one for download system (the usual -30 coins)
(b) the download is divided in many parts and each one has a cost for the download system, so you have to pay 30 gold coins for each part or attachment of the download you want
If you pass your mouse over the file name of the attachment you can see how many coins this attachment cost.
In any case, you have to gather more gold coins in order to complete your download.
