Has the price for free items increased?

Has the price we are allowed to charge for free patterns increase?  I  just notice a pattern that is free through 1/5/19 listed at a cost of 20 GC?  Heres the post

Just curious?  I thought it was set at 10 GC for free patterns unless, of course, you wait until they are no longer free than I guess you are allowed to charge whatever price you deem appropriate?  I cant seem to keep up with changes :-(

i was wondering about that as well. i may charge for my free until patterns but dont charge over 10 for free for always patterns that is what i understood the rules to be.

EDIT: As far as I know, 20 gc is the max prize for free patterns.
