Account or ip is banned?

i purchased. Cross stitch pattern but when i clicked to download it it just came up saying my account or ip address is banned but i dint understand why this is? Please can anyone help? I have not been on the site for a while

The same happened to me. For the time being you can use Chrome extension that hides your IP.

Keep trying to download again a few times.
If it does not work, log out of forum completely and log back in.

I also have this problem. At google chrome, IE and Firefox. Even on my iphone.

You share your IP adress with hackers, but dont be scared, the IP hackers will be banned, a friend of mine had the same, she told me that now everything is oké, again this site is safe, the hackers will be banned.
