A short explanation for downloading patterns.
We have a dairy repaint pattterns, that means if you download a pattern and try to open it, that it doesnt work.
You need a special programm for it to turn it on in a pdf file. It can be that the pattern is also in the scanned area, use the search term first, before you download a repaint.
Dairy scanned patterns means, a lot of files are in a pdf file and you can download the pattern if you have the latest version Adobe reader on your computer, that is the best. Some patterns are in a winrar file, then you must download the lastest winrar version free to on the internet. Winzip 7 is also good.
I hope this helps also a little bit. :)

Repaint patterns do not need to be converted to pdf files, Sylvana. They can be opened with free programs that you can download online, or full versions of the same progams that are available in this very forum. These programs, PatternMaker and PCStitch, both allow for printing of the patterns, if a paper copy if what the stitcher wants. These are Windows based, but they are not difficult to find. Why dont you tell people about these programs instead of implying they need to be converted to pdfs?
