She has written "Open file" as the reason, just have a look. No patterns are to be posted "open"; either zip or rar the file, or make it into a pdf.

EDIT: It seems you posted your pattern in the wrong format. --> 2) Only zip, rar or pdf formats are acceptable, NO open files please

You can "print" to pdf :)
