Hi I was having the same problem but have found that by installing a vpn program (virtual private network) on my laptop and my tablet it has solved it. I now have no problems downloading . There are plenty of free vpns  that you can download.

hi i had the same problem you are not banned its something a lot of people have been having problems with, I downloaded a free vpn  ( virtual private network)  and this solved the problem, there are many free ones on google play, or some that you have to pay for,  I have had no problems at all since I put a vpn on my laptop and my tablet

I had that prob, too, discovered a notice that I have to confirm my account - and the prob was gone. :o  Hope you can solve yours, too, it was really annoying and frustrating to me... :curse:

I am glad I am reading this. I thought I really was banned. I just wanted to place a thread and then I read this.

I thought I was really banned, because I already had problems a few days with my computer.

I hope they solve it soon in the meantime I will download a free vpn.

Heb hetzelfde aan de hand, heb een vpn gedownload is ook een antivirus ( gratis ) maar heb al een antivirus op mijn pc
Nu krijg ik te horen dat het gratis vpn niet goed werkt daar ik mijn echt virus nog hebt
Heb het nieuwe dan maar verwijderd

Well. I have the same problem; installed a VPN programme, tried to refresh; nothing helps.... I even cant download the things I bought already on my iBooks page:( Im very disappointed and hope everything will go to normal soon:Q
