Cant contact with anyone

I couldnt find the Contact us button on the lower-left side of the page. Can anyone help me with my problem?
I am a new member and I dont know exactly how the posts are working. So I accidentally bought all the attachments on the following post, I dont need the french one :( What can I do to regain my points?

You have not enough coins for it and no permission to download, till you are in the next level.
I can tell you, that they give no coins back. You must first earn coins, a lot to find in free talk. :)

I had enough coin at that time so i downloed them. But anyway, i was wondering if there is a way to get them back but apperetlly not :( thank you both of you :) i will be more carefull next time :)
