solution for those getting "banned IP " messages

hi i had the same problem , I downloaded a free vpn  ( virtual private network)  and this solved the problem, there are many free ones on google play, or some that you have to pay for,  I have had no problems at all since I put a vpn on my laptop and my tablet

The browser Opera have vpn by deafult :) you can turn it on when you whant.
If someone is interested can try it :D
