Hello, I am trying to upload a new picture for my avatar and every time i click on modify I get an error message in Chinese or another similar language. Can anyone help please?

Ignore the Chinese language, save a picture on your computer, then upload your picture not a big one, then you must reduse it. If you upload you see 3 pictures, one of then you can move, make it a bit bigger, stay in the venster and click on oke.

Hi, the size of your picture may be exceeding the allowed size. Check for it.

I’m having this problem as well. It’s impossible to upload a picture, the Chinese pop up box comes up, and the only option to hit is the “close” button (which just closes, then opens the pop up box again.)

ignore the Chinese (click the" close" bottom ),then choose the small size picture, then upload it ... and you will find you are successful to change your picture.
