Hello, what group do you have to be to be able to upload patterns. Some of the patterns I like have a message say you group does not have permission to download.
When it comes to downloading, some users have set read permissions on their uploads, which means that if you cannot download now, at level 1, you will be able to when you reach level 2 (when you reach 126 credits).
