How?

How do you rate others work? I tried and I didn’t see where to put the ratings please help. Thank you

You can rate others once youre level 1, which you already are.
Every 24 hours you will have 10 coins that you can rate others with. Once youre level 2, youll have 20 coins, and so on.

You click the RATE button (shown in the picture below, in the bottom right hand corner).
Just click on that - its pretty self explanatory from  there.

you can rate the thread owner only. under the firs post of the thread (under the icons of multimedia) there is a rate button next to favorites and shares. from there youy can rate :)
