Its totally random..either you have to know who used it and go to their page or try and visit different people to see if there is a gift in top right corner waiting for someone to take it.

A giftcard that you can post on your space, a present for every member, go to center right corner and magic, then you see a red gift, cost 20 coins. You can buy 2 that is your choise, for example fill in by hide coins 100 then who much you want to give and submit.
Then the giftcard is on your space and members can pick some. Look at my space, I have 20 coins.
