how do i unlock it so i can post on there? i see red x for diy 0 and diy 1

You can post normal, and giving replys. You can upload your work in the dairy but use the new upload system. User group means wich permission you have.
In level one, you get a permission to send one pm. All with a red cross is not allowed.
