Read Levels

Im a little confused by the read levels, why cant we buy the pattern if we have the coins?

Some users have set read permissions on their uploads to encourage new members to contribute by also uploading - or sometimes because they want to share their patterns with (only) others who have also already contributed.

If you cannot download now, at level 1, you will be able to when you reach level 2 (when you reach 126 credits), as one can not set a reading permission higher than level 2.
