help with chinese crochet pattern

I was following a crochet pattern written in chinese and since I just started to learn mandarin I have a question on what does it mean.
It says this


which I believe means:
work in rounds - （SL.CH.T.CH.SL）*7
continue crochet: 6x(2CH.3T).TV.(3T.2CH)

I dont know if it is correct my interpretation. Another qyestion is: usually if it it is between parentheses that means that is in the same stitch?
