This is a also a fake pattern due to these mistakes:
Head: 03 {sc 1, inc 1} 8× (24 sts) 04 {sc 2, inc 1} 5×(24 sts)
Hood {sc 1, inc 1} 8× (24 sts) 04 {sc 2, inc 1} 5×(24 sts)
Legs 22 to 24 {sc} across (9 sts) 25 sc 7, dec 9, sc 5, dec 1 (12 sts)
It may have more but we cant see them if we dont make the toy
