Silly questions about ratings..

Hello everyone :)

I am new here and i have been reading everything and trying to figure out how it all works.
when i click on the rate button nothing happens? so my question is how do you rate someone? do you just  click the rate button? do you have to be a certain level to do this? am i missing something lol

You will be able to rate once you reach level 1 (at 26 credits).

At level 1 you will have 10 coins to use for ratings every 24 hours, at level 2 you will have 20 coins, at level 3 30 coins and so on
