Apologies: The pattern downloaded cant be seen

Question maybe stupid: I have"purchsed" the pattern HORSE by  Halline but the file is empty. What I did wrong? Coins were given but no sign of any word inside the pdf. Suggestions? hank you in advance

You could always try downloading again, it wont cost you anything within a week of the original purchase. If it still doesnt work, you may have to look into updating your pdf reader, or alternatively downloading a different pdf reader than the one you have
