Why will this not let me buy?

I have been trying to buy this pattern all day. I have bought others without any problems. This one will not load the pop-up box to let me buy. There is no error message or anything. It just says "Loading...".

It is only this one. The pop-up box to buy does not load at all. I have had no problems before or after, only with this one. And, it has been several days that I have tried.
