I love small cakes with 18 cm diameter. They are the perfect size for a one or two persons for a weekend therefoe I call them weekend-cakes. This is with bisquite base and a rhubarb-whipped cream filling.
Edit: The recipe stated to buy two bisquit bases. I made them myself on thursday, then on friday I cooked the rhubarb, added gelantine, and when it cooled down I added whipped cream. The two bases were spread with strawberry jam and then the first base was used as button, then the cream was added and the top layer was the second base with the jam to the cream layer. The third day I decorated with more whipped cream, almond slices and the glacé cherries.
