You may not have reading permissions by level 0

You must have a look at the reading permission. If it is more than 80, you need to get a specific level to see the pattern (click on "user group" at the top of the page).
Otherwise, you can access patterns only in the section called "Crochet patterns", or "knitting patterns", ... (middle of the main page), not in the section "Post new threads" which is about all the patterns waiting to be approved. If the pattern you like is in this section, you will have to wait until the pattern is moderated to access it in the right section of the forum!
