fabric panel at least 85 x 51 inches in size (a Queen size flat sheet works well and will make two insert bags),

Bean Bag Filler Pellets/Beans (other stuffing such as cotton fabric scraps, old t-shirts, polyfill, etc. can be used),
String (to tie the insert bag closed), Sew on Velcro strip (optional).
