HELP! please! Cannot download

There is a magazine I tried to download several times

but the download cannot be completed. I got a sort of message reading that the download is "not confirmed" and I cannot open it.
Any suggestion?

Which browser are you using, AstroGirl? I am also having this problem with Chrome, but it works with Firefox.

Try to refresh the page and download it again but from the ibook section.
