Cannot download .rar files

HI, Everybody!
A few days ago I purchased this magazine

It is split into 11 .rar files, but I could only download part 1 and part 11. All the other files get stuck at 100% of downloading, but with the message not confirmed.
I use Windows10 and Chrome.
Any suggestion?

The same thing happened to me with a magazine. Just now I tried to download a .rar file in the "cross stitch scanned" area and it is stuck on 100%. The problem seems to be spreading...
Update: Im now able to download the cross stitch pattern that wouldnt open for me earlier. The problem still exists for the magazines...

Same problem for other magazines, I using Google Chrome.
I was able to download all files using Firefox.
But when unpacking occurs: checksum error in ....pdf - "file is corrupted".

I successfully downloaded some magazines using Firefox. And then unpacked them without problem.

In "Cross stitch Patterns Scanned" downloading without problem for me.

It is a known issue. Turquoise has contacted the tech team about it already. All we can do now is wait.

The same happened to me with 3 magazines. Would like to know how to fix.
