Can someone please help me?! Technical Issue

Im trying to post a cross-stitch WIP in processing crafts but it says

"Sorry, you are not allowed to post thread in this forum, please click here to view details"

Ive posted awhile ago so i dont understand this
When I click on the view details it just gives me info on how many creds i have

Please help!
