Can someone explain why this pattern is offered as pay to view thread?

Is the pattern download then free inside the post?

On the right hand you find a button "report". If you report there mods sort this quickly, instead of reporting it on free talk.

I reported it as I think its just a mistake when she posted the pattern.

Pay-to-view is not allowed, and should be reported - like both jazzo and Marty109 say
