Huettner’s show-stopping cardigan coat is worked from the top down, back and forth in rows to the underarm, with cabled charts worked simultaneously with a stripe pattern across each piece. The sleeve cuffs are knit perpendicular to the sleeves and are joined to live stitches as the cable is worked. Contrast yarn embroiders the center front and sleeve-cuff cables; an i-cord bind-off finishes all edges.
