Have Problem for the reward of answering the threads

Hello,
Im just newly to this forum, and trying to earn coins by answering the threads. but I cant get the reward every single time. It turns out every two answers I got one time reward, the other one I got nothing:(. Is this the system problem or the rules in this site? Can someone kindly give me answer or help, thanks a lot!

If you give a reply at others works or patterns, you get 5 coins, but not all is to see. Look at your credits and click on it above automatic recharge then you will see that they become higher. :) Important to come at your next level.

I dont get coins in free talk when I comment but I do in the other forums it seems. Maybe its set up that way?
