Refund Coins back and multiple translation

Hello again

I hope this is the right place to ask, if not please forgive me.
1. I inadvertently  tried to download Debbie Bliss New knits for Babies, I had already downloaded previously , in doing so I recieved coins for  these need to be deducted.
2. There are all these exquisite russian patterns for dolls, what is the procedure to have more then one translated at the same time.
