Joining new collections

I love to join collections of other fellows here, but when I  tried to join collections sice yesterday I get a blue message telling me that it cant exceed 30 members... Well - I saw that in all of them are not more than 6-7 subscribers, so maybe you mean *I* cannot subscribe to more than 30 collections??

I believe there is a limit on the number of collections you can join. I am trying to find information about it. You can also only create a certain number of collections depending on your level. Example at level 7 I can create up to 12 collections. :)
