Partial download

hello
strange thing is happene: I can download files generally but when I try to download magazine (WOCS, CrossStitcher..), something wrong happen
the download stay "in progress" and I cant open files
Can you help me?

If you look at the top of the forum page there are a lot of instructions on how to do things and I am sure there is a post for this.
